PROJECT SCOPE: Breaking the concrete of the existing main runway and connecting roads and renewing it with concrete paving along with the foundation, construction of a new additional apron with concrete paving, renewal of drainage and electrical infrastructure, construction of a new heliport, repair of the spare runway and taxiways, reclamation of the swamp area and construction of a new transmitter tower and building.
